We Lift Weightsは2019年に設立されました。最初は一流の選手のパフォーマンスを自分のカメラに納めたいという気持ちから始めました。今はSNSを通して競技の知名度と人気を高める活動をしています。トップアスリートをトレーニング映像だけではなく、競技に関する教育的コンテンツも含めて共有できればと思っています。

We Lift Weights was found in 2019. It all started when I decided to start filming top weightlifting athletes for myself. Now I’ve been spreading and sharing weightlifting content on social media in order to raise the popularity of the sport in Japan.
